Known DFAS Issue
: Due to DFAS system limitations, COBO payments at the new, higher rates are being deposited in two payments. The first deposit occurs on the contract anniversary date and the second deposit occurs several days after. If you do not receive your full amount within a week of your anniversary date, please contact PERS-42MP.**
Officers should draft a COBO request letter (new and replacement templates below) and email a signed copy to PERS-42MP or their detailer. Officers signing their first contact also need a command endorsement (example in templates below).
