MyNavy HR Transformation is an effort to modernize all Navy HR IT systems and drive significant enhancements to the HR experience
for all Sailors. This effort is a significant undertaking, requiring complex planning, development of new IT systems, and release
planning that will seamlessly move everyone from using old (legacy) systems to the new without any interruption to Sailor pay, benefits, and access to other HR services.
Upon completion of the HR Transformation, 55+ legacy systems will be consolidated into a few, integrated systems that can meet
the demands of the fleet. The workforce will be able to process transactions quickly, and with increased accuracy, with new business
processes. Sailors will also enjoy numerous new self-service features which will make access to MyNavy HR easier than ever.
To make this vision a reality, Transformation is organized by six Lines of Effort (LOEs): MyNavy Portal, Navy Personnel and Pay,
Learning Stack, Enterprise Customer Relationship Management, HR Hub, and Legacy System Evolution. Together, these efforts will
enhance all aspects of the Sailor HR experience, helping to create a fleet that is able to focus on meeting mission.
MyNavy Portal (MNP):
MNP is a centralized self-service plaform where Sailors can access online human resource services and career information.
Navy Personnel and Pay (NP2):
NP2 is a personnel and pay system designed to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and transparency of HR services delivered to all Sailors and family
members.
Learning Stack (LS):
LS is a modernized training platform for Sailor career progression. Through enhancements to learning technology, Sailors will be able
to track their learning, plan their career progression, and enjoy new features that make access to professional growth and development
resources easier.
Enterprise Customer Relationship Management (eCRM):
eCRM functions as a case management protal that provides 24/7 support for Sailors as they track and submit personnel and pay related
inquiries.
HR Hub (Formerly Authoritative Data Environment - ADE):
HR Hub provides centralized HR data access to support HR business operations. The Hub helps eliminate duplicative or inaccurate
data and enhance HR services, auditability, and Sailor experience.
Legacy System Evolution:
Legacy System Evolution efforts address how current Navy systems will be consolidated without interrupting HR Operations.
