Project 1 Small ACT "Sailors on the Street" Videos

Short videos that can be used as ice-breakers for trainings, safety briefs and small group discussions relating to stress navigating. These short videos feature real Sailors sharing the ways they navigate various sources of stress and each ends with 1 Small ACT that viewers can practice to help navigate stress. Available in 29-second and 59-second episodes. Each can be downloaded from DVIDS or accessed through the NavStress YouTube channel​.
