1.  Sponsors may view their EFMP status by accessing their family member information tab in the Navy Family Accountability and Assessment System (NFAAS).

2.  If you need assistance retrieving your EFMP enrollment letter, please contact your local EFMP Medical Treatment Facility Coordinator, your assigned EFMP Case Liaison at the Fleet and Family Support Center (FFSC) or NAVPERSCOM (PERS-456) at 901-874-2496.
