The Command Leadership Team (CO/OIC, XO, CMC/COB) is responsible for ensuring Sailors and command stakeholders (CCC, Personnel Officer, TRAINO, etc.) have access to and use available MyNavy HR systems and applications.
Command leaders are encouraged to use resources identified on the right to facilitate and support their Sailors' careers:
- Information Sheets provide a description of Navy career tools used by Sailor, Command Career Counselor (CCC), and Command Pay/Personnel Administrator (CPPA).
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for common Personnel, Pay and Travel processes identify specific tasks required of the Sailor, CPPA, Pers/Pay Clerk, CCC and supporting PSD/TSC. Command leadership should refer to SOPs when initiating and tracking HR transactions.
- User Aids identify the environment(s) in which Navy career tools reside and the command stakeholders responsible for ensuring users have access to application functionality when they need it.
- MyNavy HR Web Resources provide links to stakeholder-specific communities.
