Information Warfare Line Overview
Welcome to the Information Warfare Line (IWL) Manager’s page. Our communities provides three core capabilities of Assured Command and Control, Battlespace Awareness and Integrated Fires: which are central for All Domain Access and the EMW concept. We master the tradecraft for planning, integrating, and executing information-related capabilities and operations to produce joint effects within all domains. IWL is comprised of the Navy's subject matter experts on space, cyberspace operations and the electromagnetic spectrum. More
information can be found in the Information Warfare Line Tri-fold Handout.
The IWL Officer Community Managers collectively manage the health and welfare of officer communities with Oceanography (1800), Cryptologic Warfare (1810), Information Professional (1820), Intelligence (1830), Cyber Warfare Engineer (1840), Maritime Space Officer (1870), and Maritime Cyber Warfare Officer (1880) designators.
