OPNAVINST 6110.1L is the current version of the instruction.

June 3, 2026

CFL/ACFLs,

  • Cycle-1 2026 PFA Record Visibility Issue in PRIMS.  CFLs are experiencing a sporadic issue in which they are unable to view the Cycle-1 2026 PFA record of some Sailors.  CFLs should review their command rosters in PRIMS.  If Sailors have been properly gained to the command in PRIMS, but are missing from your Cycle-1 2026 roster then email an Excel list to the PRP office at askmncc@us.navy.mil formatted with the following columns:

    • Member DODID

    • Member Name

    • Member UIC

    • Department

    • Division

    • CFL DODID

    • CFL Name

  • Updated PRP FAQ (June 2026).  You are highly encouraged to review the PRP FAQs which is a link located at the bottom of this page under “CFL Resources”.  These are questions directly from Sailors in the Fleet and answered by the PRP Office with the proper references.

  • You can also find the updated “Tip of The Month” at the bottom of this page.

CFL/ACFLs,

  • BCA Known Issue: Sailors are reporting that when entering BCA data, the Waist section is not displayed. This is due to the user not being logged into the PRIMS module within Salesforce.  In these instances, log out of Salesforce, restart your browser, and log back in. On the left side of the screen, click the 9 dots and select PRIMS.  For dual MNCC and PRIMS users, ensure you select PRIMS during the initial login process, then log into the PRIMS application.

  • PRIMS “incomplete” error - PFA Cycle data will result in incomplete if the waiver is entered after the BCA and PRT

    • Waivers must be entered before PFA data, or it will result in incomplete.  CFLs and ACFLs have edit capabilities.  Steps to accomplish edits can be found in either online CFL or ACFL Training course by typing "edit bca" or "edit prt" in the search feature.

    • CFL/ACFL roles have a limited number of edits on correcting PFA data. This option is provided to assist CFL/ACFLs in fixing errors such as data entry errors, correcting bad day PRTs and editing medical waivers. Once edit limits have been reached, any additional corrections to the official PFA record are to be submitted to My Navy Career Center (MNCC) via letter of correction (LOC), endorsed by the CO as indicated in PRP Guide-1.

  • For CFLs who have no ACFL to enter current cycle data, ensure submission of LOC along with official BCA/PRT/CFT scoresheets to askmncc@us.navy.mil.  Ensure submission using current/approved LOC available via FORMS tab.

  • CSV File Upload Limitation.  Due to a system issue, please limit CSV files to a maximum of 20 Sailors per file.  Also, the number of incorrect CSV documents being submitted with format errors is growing.  Ensure all file data is accurate.  Remember to separate the CSV file(s) between with medical waiver data and without medical waiver data.  You cannot upload a single CSV file with mixed data.  CFLs will need to upload two different CSV files.  See PRP Guide-7 for additional information.  Contact the PRP Office via askmncc@us.navy.mil if further assistance is needed.

May 8, 2026,
CFL/ACFLs,

  • PRP Webpage Layout Change.  A recent MyNavy HR site update unexpectedly relocated some content.  Content previously located to the right (e.g. AMDR Training, CFL Resources, etc.) is currently located at the bottom of the page.  We are working to resolve this issue to optimize user experience.

CFL/ACFLs,

  • Updated PRP FAQ (May 2026).  You can locate the link to the right under CFL Resources”.  Please review and use it as a reference when you have questions/issues.

  • Updated PRIMS Training.  The PRIMS Command Summary Reports training has been updated to reflect PRP policy and system changes.  You can access the training to the left under “PRIMS TRAINING”.

  • You can find the updated “Tip of The Month” at the very bottom of this page.

CFL/ACFLs,

  • PRIMS Known Issues:

1. BCA Miscalculation.  Sailors who are borderline for the BCA may receive an inaccurate result.  Therefore, CFLs should:

  • Verify all borderline Sailors against PRP Guide-4, Tables 2 or 3.

  • Use the calculators available via MyNavy Portal and/or the Official PFA App for additional verification.

  • Submit an LOC with the Sailor’s official BCA/PRT Score Sheets to the PRP Office via asknmcc@us.navy.mil if an error is suspected for PFA Cycle-1, 2026.

2. You may have Sailors who are receiving an email from PRIMS@navy.mil (this email is not monitored) stating they have been disenrolled from FEP and passed their PRT.

  • This appears to be isolated to members whose PFA Cycle-1, 2026 PRT overall score is “Excellent Low” or better.

  • PFA Cycle-1, 2026 records are reflected correctly in PRIMS and this notification is being sent in error.  The PRP Team is in the process of getting this corrected.

April 1, 2026
CFL/ACFLs,

  • Happy 133rd Birthday to all Navy Chief Petty Officers!

  • Letter of Correction (LOC):  When submitting an LOC to the PRP Office, CFLs/ACFLs must ensure it is submitted by the command that conducted the PFA. The reason for correction must be clearly explained and as detailed as possible.

  • Updated PRP FAQ (APR 2026).  You can locate the link to the right under CFL Resources”.  Please review and use it as a reference when you have questions/issues.

  • You can find the updated “Tip of The Month” at the very bottom of this page.

Tip of the Month

Make time for active recovery this month.  Instead of pushing yourself to the limit every single day, take 1-2 days per week to do easy activities like walking, stretching, or yoga. This helps your muscles heal, prevents injuries, and keeps you from burning out.
