18 JUN 25
CFL/ACFLs,

  • PRIMS “incomplete” error - PFA Cycle data will result in incomplete if the waiver is entered after the BCA and PRT.

    • Waivers must be entered before PFA data, or it will result in incomplete.  CFLs and ACFLs have edit capabilities.  Steps to accomplish edits can be found in either online CFL or ACFL Training course by typing "edit bca" or "edit prt" in the search feature.
    • CFL/ACFL roles have a limited number of edits on correcting PFA data. This option is provided to assist CFL/ACFLs in fixing errors such as data entry errors, correcting bad day PRTs and editing medical waivers. Once edit limits have been reached, any additional corrections to the official PFA record are to be submitted to My Navy Career Center (MNCC) via letter of correction (LOC), endorsed by the CO as indicated in PRP Guide 1.

4 JUN 25

Common errors observed:

  • Case sensitivity: Some entries do not follow the required upper/lower-case format.

  • Cycle listed in the incorrect format & spacing.

  • Dates: Formatting, dates must be in the cycle dates.

  • Medical waivers: not completely filled out and PRTs incomplete when partial medical waivers are entered.

  • ACM value should be blank.

  • Weight in the Cardio column should be blank.

  • Not spelling out RUN/WALK and only putting Run for cardio.

Reminder: CFLs can upload CSVs for during the 2025 PFA cycle.  Please do not wait to enter Command PFA data after the close out of the cycle and submit CSV with an LOC.

CFL/ACFLs

  • As a reminder, the PRP Office no longer assists with placing Sailors in transfer status in PRIMS, except in a few case-by-case circumstances.
Per PRP Guide-7, CFLs and ACFLs are responsible for ensuring members are placed in transfer status before they detach from their current command. If a Sailor arrives at a new command without being placed in transfer status, CFLs and ACFLs must make every effort to contact the previous command’s CFL, ACFL, CO, XO, or CMC for assistance.
If contact attempts are unsuccessful, please provide documentation of these efforts along with your transfer assistance request to askmncc.fct@navy.mil. Please note that this responsibility lies with the CFL/ACFL, not the member.
Additionally, CFLs, please ensure that your command’s contact information—including an updated email and phone number—is current and accessible for other CFLs and ACFLs seeking assistance.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
