Nuclear Enlisted Talent Management Board:

The Nuclear Enlisted Talent Management Board (TMB ) provides career oriented nuclear trained Sailors with the opportunity to pursue unique career enhancing, personally fulfilling, and professionally rewarding experiences. The Nuclear Enlisted TMB offers nuclear trained Sailors on their First Sea Tour (SEA-1) an opportunity to compete for the most selective programs in the Navy. SEA-1 Sailors who meet the eligibility requirements listed on the next page may apply to the Nuclear Enlisted TMB. Two TMBs are held each year - one in the spring and the second in the fall. For the application process, Sailors should contact their detailer requesting what additional screening forms are required in addition to the components of the Nuclear Enlisted TMB package for the specific program desired.
