Nuclear Meritorious Advancement Program:

E5 and E6 Nuclear MAP quotas will be distributed to the Nuclear Community Manager (N133) and TYCOMs to select and reward top-performing Nuclear Sailors throughout the force to be advanced.
 

Timeline: Nuclear MAP Packages are due 15 September 2026 to N133 -> Nuclear MAP Board will complete NLT 09 October 2026.
Operational commands unable to meet the timeline due to operational limitations should submit, at minimum, Sailor's name, senior watch station qualified, and a positive statement that the Sailor meets all eligibility requirements by 15 September 2026. Completed letters that cannot meet the timeline must be submitted to N133 no later than 10 October 2026. Late submissions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Nuclear Enlisted Talent Management Board:

The Nuclear Enlisted Talent Management Board (TMB ) provides career oriented nuclear trained Sailors with the opportunity to pursue unique career enhancing, personally fulfilling, and professionally rewarding experiences. The Nuclear Enlisted TMB offers nuclear trained Sailors on their First Sea Tour (SEA-1) an opportunity to compete for the most selective programs in the Navy. SEA-1 Sailors who meet the eligibility requirements listed on the next page may apply to the Nuclear Enlisted TMB. Two TMBs are held each year - one in the spring and the second in the fall. For the application process, Sailors should contact their detailer requesting what additional screening forms are required in addition to the components of the Nuclear Enlisted TMB package for the specific program desired. Upon all required forms being gathered, submit their application package to the Submarine or Surface detailer email:
