Purpose: To attract and retain volunteers for submarine duty on a career basis, and to compensate for the more than normally arduous character of such duty.

 
***NEW*** OPNAVINST 7220.15B Provides the policy and procedures for administration of the Submarine Duty Incentive Pay (SUBPAY) Program.

DD FORM 149 Application for correction of military record under the provisions of Title 10, U.S. Code, Section 1552.
