Information Warfare Community Overview
Welcome to the Information Warfare Community (IWC) Manager’s page.  Our communities provides three core capabilities of Assured Command and Control, Battlespace Awareness and Integrated Fires: which are central for All Domain Access and the EMW concept. We master the tradecraft for planning, integrating, and executing information-related capabilities and operations to produce joint effects within all domains. IWC is comprised of the Navy's subject matter experts on space, cyberspace operations and the electromagnetic spectrum. More
information can be found in the Information Warfare Community Tri-fold Handout.

The IWC Officer Community Managers collectively manage the health and welfare of officer communities with Oceanography (1800), Cryptologic Warfare (1810), Information Professional (1820), Intelligence (1830), Cyber Warfare Engineer (1840), Maritime Space Officer (1870), and Maritime Cyber Warfare Officer (1880) designators.  For more information regarding the individual IWC communities, please select the appropriate link at the bottom of this page. Where appropriate, we are involved in LDO and CWO issues for 680X/780X, 681X/781X, 682X/782X, and 683X/783X designators.  The community manager for the LDO/CWO designators can be found at the LDO/CWO community manager web page.
