Mark your calendars! The FY-28 Major Command Board convenes 02 - 06 NOV 2026 here in Millington. The deadline for correspondence is 0800 CST 23 OCT 2026. Please ensure your most recent periodic FITREP (31JUL – CAPT, 30APR – CDR/CAPT(Sel)) is on file NLT 2 OCT 2026.
The board will be comprised of O-5 PYG 21 (1st look), PYG 20 (2nd look), and PYG 19 (3rd look) Surface Warfare Officers who have previously screened for Commander Command by the Surface Commander Command Administrative board. Specifically, the date of rank of Commander promotions is as follows:

1st Look (PYG 21): Date-of-rank to Commander between 10/01/20 and 9/30/21

2nd Look (PYG 20): Date-of-rank to Commander between 10/01/19 and 9/30/20

3rd Look (PYG 19): Date-of-rank to Commander between 10/01/18 and 9/30/19
