The purpose of the Aviation Warfare Transition Board is to provide 131X or 132X officers the opportunity to transition to another platform within their designator.  Each applicant will be individually evaluated based on FITREP performance, career timing, and the needs of the respective gaining and losing communities.  Transition boards are conducted every June and December in accordance with MILPERSMAN 1542-020.  For further program information, call/email the program manager, LCDR Baker.
