The NFO to Pilot Board serves as a positive recruiting and retention program for Naval Aviation and is open to NFOs of all communities.  Each applicant will be individually evaluated based on FITREP performance, career timing, and aptitude.  The NFO to Pilot board runs concurrently with the Aviation Warfare Transition Board and are conducted in June and December.  For further program information, see links to the right or email the program manager, LCDR Mui.
