Navy Drug and Alcohol Deterrence Program Education and Training
 
 The DAPA, ADAMS, and UPC courses are available for enrollment online. The DAPA course can be accessed by logging in with your CAC to Catalog of Navy Training Courses (CANTRAC) at https://app.prod.cetars.training.navy.mil/cantrac/vol2.html. The ADAMS and UPC Courses are available at Navy e-Learning at https://learning.nel.navy.mil. Once accessed, each respective course description includes important information about the course. The table below shows the title and identification number, access information and mandatory/suggested attendees for each course.
 
Course Title and Identification Number: ADAMS for Leaders Course (CIN) NETC-ADAMSLEADERS-2.0
How to Access: Navy e-Learning> Go to "Course Catalog" tab > Type "ADAMS" in the number or title search field > Click "Enroll" under Course Status -- See more detailed instructions here.
Who can Attend: Mandatory: COs, OICs, XOs, CMCs, COBs, SEAs, other senior command personnel.
 
Course Title and Identification Number: DAPA Course (CIN) S-501-0100
How to Access: CANTRAC > Type "DAPA" in the general search field > Select the appropriate CDP based on location > Follow instructions to enroll.
Who can Attend: Mandatory: E7 and above (Primary DAPA) & Mandatory: E5 and above (Assistant DAPA).
 
Course Title and Identification Number: Urinalysis Program Coordinator (UPC) Course (CIN) CPPD-UPC-2.1
How to Access: Navy e-Learning> Go to "Course Catalog" tab > Type "UPC" in the number or title search field > Click "Enroll" under Course Status. 
Who can Attend: Mandatory: E7 and above (Primary UPC) & Mandatory: Assistant UPC. 
 
GMTs Training
 
The Alcohol Misuse Prevention and Awareness Course and Drug Awareness Course GMTs are available for download online. Both can be accessed by logging in with your CAC to MyNavy Portal/GST page/Command Drug and Alcohol Program Advisor (DAPA) at <https://www.mnp.navy.mil/group/general-skills-training/dapa>.


Course Title: Drug Awareness Course 2023

How to Access: MyNavy Portal> ‘Professional Resources’ dropdown - Go to "General Skills Training (GST)" > ‘Click’ on the “DAPA” icon > Under Resources, ‘click’ on Drug Awareness Course 2023 (Download) to download.

Who can Attend: Discretionary: All Hands.

Course Title: Alcohol Misuse Prevention and Awareness Course

How to Access: MyNavy Portal> ‘Professional Resources’ dropdown - Go to "General Skills Training (GST)" > ‘Click’ on the “DAPA” icon > Under Resources, ‘click’ on Alcohol Misuse Prevention and Awareness Course (Download) to download.

Who can Attend: Discretionary: All Hands.

 
Program Webinars
 
Each webinar will focus on a new topic and consist of Navy urinalysis program updates as they become available. They are scheduled on Thursdays with times listed below. It will consist of a 30 - 45-minute presentation followed by a 30-minute Q&A session.
 
The topic(s) may change to address new information or issues. We can schedule specialized webinars to address specific issues not listed below. If you are interested, please have your ADCO schedule it for a date and time that works. We need a minimum of 10 personnel attending to make it worthwhile.

If you missed any previous webinars, we could send you copies via DoD SAFE, an online portal to post these files. Please send an email to MILL_NDSP@navy.mil.
