Navy Women's Initiative Team (WIT)

 

Navy Women's Initiatives Team (Navy -WIT). NAVADMIN 037/24 announced the establishment of the Navy-WIT. The Navy-WIT will broaden awareness and influence policy changes to increase Servicewomen recruitment and retention throughout the Navy.  In addition, it will also develop best practices, discuss relevant issues, and make policy and program recommendations to make our Navy better.

Within 60 days of the release of NAVADMIN 037/24, commands listed in the Navy-WIT Fact Sheet shall designate in writing, an officer (O4 and above) and an enlisted (E7 and above) Navy-WIT Enterprise Lead.
