CPPA Supervisor Phase II course info
- To attend the Phase II CPPA Supervisor request you must meet the following requirements:
- Held the position of a CPPA for at least 6 months and have a designation letter for the position from the current CO of your command
- CPPA Navy Enlisted Classification Code (791F) or Civilian: successful completion of A-500-0035 Command Pay and Personnel Administrator or equivalent
- CPPA designation letter for current Unit Identification Codes (UICs)
- E-6/GS-05 and above CPPA (By endorsing this form for an E5 the CO is stating this is an exceptional individual ready to begin Phase II training as a CPPA Supervisor)
- Have NSIPS CPPA access, eCRM (aka Salesforce) Access, MMPA access, and a general level of proficiency with these systems.
- Have completed the following online courses (located at https://learning.nel.navy.mil/ELIAASv2p/) in preparation for the course:
