eCRM Refactor Training

For Offline training, follow the below steps to locate and download the zipped training file.

1.    Follow the path from MyNavy HR BUPERS -> FORCE MANAGEMENT -> MNCC
2.    Click on HRSC under the MyNavy Career Center top menu
3.    Click on Knowledge Management -> CPPA Training under the HRSC top menu
4.    Click on the left side menu for PERSPAY eCRM Training 
5.    When the window opens, find and click on “CPPA Refactor Training.zip”
6.    Select “Save as” and default folder is “Downloads”
7.    Select “Save”
8.    Find “Downloads” folder
9.    Find “CPPA Refactor Training.zip”
10.    Double click on the file to unzip
11.    Open “content” folder
12.    Double click “index.html” and a web browser window will open to the CPPA Role Training

Note – The assessment will be available offline and the assessment results will not be captured.  Ensure you submit your completed training via email to your RSC as directed in PPIB 23-11.
