Registration closes 10 days before the class start date (a Friday at 1500 CST).  Class seats are limited so act quickly as first to submit all documents will get seats first.

CPPA Supervisor Phase II course info
  • To attend the Phase II CPPA Supervisor request you must meet the following requirements:

    • Held the position of a CPPA for at least 6 months and have a designation letter for the position from the current CO of your command

    • CPPA Navy Enlisted Classification Code (791F) or Civilian: successful completion of A-500-0035 Command Pay and Personnel Administrator or equivalent

    • CPPA designation letter for current Unit Identification Codes (UICs)

    • E-6/GS-05 and above CPPA (By endorsing this form for an E5 the CO is stating this is an exceptional individual ready to begin Phase II training as a CPPA Supervisor)

    • Have NSIPS CPPA access, eCRM (aka Salesforce) Access, MMPA access, and a general level of proficiency with these systems.

    • Have completed the following online courses (located at https://learning.nel.navy.mil/ELIAASv2p/) in preparation for the course:
