Registration closes 10 days before the class start date (a Friday at 1500 CST).  
The attendee's Unit will be responsible for any/all lodging, transportation, and per-diem costs.
Class seats are limited so act quickly as first to submit all documents will get seats first.
If your class registration isn’t completed/submitted by that iteration’s Registration Close you will be invited to apply for a later course date.

CPPA Supervisor Phase II course info
To attend the Phase II CPPA Supervisor request you must meet the following requirements:
 
-​Held the position of a CPPA for at least 6 months and have a designation letter for the position from the current CO of your command
CPPA designation letter for current Unit Identification Codes (UICs)
Sailors require the CPPA Navy Enlisted Classification Code (791F), Civilians designated and working as CPPAs do not
- Have NSIPS CPPA access, eCRM (aka Salesforce) Access, MMPA access, and a general level of proficiency with these systems
- CO’s verification letter (available online when completing the registration form, also supplied by N7 when we receive an online request to attend the course)
- Other documentation as required (some locations require a SAAR, or other documentation to access the training (rare)), will be informed when we receive the request
- Rank E-6/GS-05 and above
Exception: COs may request E5s attend the course
Process: By endorsing the CO’s verification letter for an E5 the CO is stating this is an exceptional individual ready to begin Phase II training
