Are you interested in applying for Early Command (PC and MCM)? 
LT and LCDR Command Screening Boards convene semi-annually and coincide with the Department Head and Major Command board. All application material must be received no later than 10 calendar days prior to the board's convening. Early Command is slated after the completion of the board but may be delayed until the next 2nd Tour DH slate. Contact the 2nd Tour Department Head Detailer with any questions.

Surface Warfare Officer Lieutenant Commander Retention Bonus (SWO LRB)
NAVADMIN 136/17  - establishes the Surface Warfare Officer Lieutenant Commander Retention Bonus (SWO LRB) for eligible SWOs.  This program replaces the SWO Critical Skills Retention Bonus (SWOCS) and no new contracts will be signed under the SWOCS program.
