Update to Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron (Blue Angels) Civilian Clothing Requirements, Update to Chapter 3, Section 5/6, Description and Wear of Uniform Components. Updated Authorized Optional Components Worn with the Physical Training Uniform (PTU), Added French/Dutch Braid Hair Style for Female Sailors, and Revised FY-24 Uniform Allowances and Requirements, Effective 1 April 2024 through 30 September 2024.
06 November 2023 Update to Physical Training Uniform (PTU) Occasion for Wear, Navy Physical Training Uniform Fitness Suit Description.  Re-designation of Navy Blue Coveralls from Sea Bag Item to Organizational Clothing. Alignment of the Standard Officer Cap Insignia for all Officers W1 through O10, addition of Aerial Vehicle Pilot Warrant Officer Designation Insignia, Addition of Aerial Vehicle Pilot Qualification and Surface Chaplain Qualification Insignia.  Addition of Senior Enlisted Advisor, Chairman Joint Chief of Staff (SEAC) Rating Insignia and Identification Badges and FY24 Uniform Allowances and Requirements.
21 August 2023 Wear of the Navy Working Uniform (NWU) Type III and Navy flight suit in the National Capital Region (NCR).
20 December 2022 Authorized female earrings; Female Officer and CPO white skirts authorized wear; Dinner Dress Blue/White Jacket uniform prescribed wear; Embroidered Chest Rank Insignia manner and occasion for wear; Female footwear (Pumps and Flats) manner of wear; Necktab manner of wear with Maternity Service Dress Blue uniform; Breast Insignia; Cold Weather Parka occasion for wear.
23 June 2022 Hosiery wear update; Grooming Standards for retirees update; Optional wear of white slacks for females update; Metal Insignia images and verbiage update. 
23 August 2021 Wear of earrings for males; hairstyles; beards; head coverings; prescription glasses and sunglasses; wristwatches; identification marking accents; circumstances for wear of covers; female dress shoes; male competition swimwear; Command-at-Sea and Command Ashore/Project Manager insignia; and provisions for wear of identification badges.
