Internet Forensic Toxicology Drug Testing Laboratory Portal (iFTDTL)
Internet Forensic Toxicology Drug Testing Laboratory Portal (iFTDTL) is a web-based system, operated by Department of Defense (DOD) that is the primary means of reporting urinalysis results. Additionally, the system provides information to validate the Navy's policy of zero-tolerance of drug abuse through the DOD compliance tool. The iFTDTL system also provides historical data to multiple activities to show receipt of members who have a published urinalysis results; and provides various urinalysis data reports. Each command is responsible for tracking their urinalysis results, drug positives, and discrepancies for all samples submitted for testing.

To maintain access to iFTDTL you must have current Cyber Awareness Training date in the system. The Cyber Awareness training is an annual training requirement, meaning once a year has lapsed from the last time you have completed the training your iFTDTL account will lock out automatically. To prevent being locked out of your account please complete the Cyber Awareness Challenge and email your certificate unencrypted to MILL-WEBPORTAL@US.NAVY.MIL. The training can be found at multiple sites, please see below:

iFTDTL Access
Account requests will be processed in the order they were received. An automated confirmation email will be sent once the request has been processed. The only SAAR form that is acceptable to gain access to the iFTDTL portal is the DD 2875 iFTDTL SAAR form which can be found on the iFTDTL portal webpage under the "Getting Started" dropdown menu, then go to “New User Guide” hyperlink. A DD 2875 is hyperlinked there for download. Follow the IFTDTL SAAR Instructions (Updated September 2025) for proper directions on how to fill out the iFTDTL SAAR request.
Users will submit a completed SAAR form under “Register as a new user” hyperlink located under the “CAC Login” button on the iFTDTL Portal home screen.
