Alcohol and Drug Management Information Tracking System (ADMITS)

The Alcohol and Drug Management Information System (ADMITS) is the Navy and Marine Corps repository for alcohol and drug incident, screening, treatment, and training information. ADMITS provides statistical reporting and longitudinal assessment of the effectiveness of Navy and Marine Corps substance abuse programs. Additionally, the system provides information to validate the Navy's policy of zero-tolerance of drug abuse and to ensure compliance with urinalysis testing policy. ADMITS also provides historical data to field activities to evaluate and recommend the disposition of members who have an alcohol incident; and provides background checks for prospective employees of MWR child care activities, who are either an active duty member or retiree.
NAVADMIN 259/23 directs the Usage of the Department of Defense (DoD) SAAR Form (DD Form 2875) in place of the Navy SAAR-N Form (OPNAV 5239/14).

Drug Alcohol Reports (DARS) are not complete until the Commanding Officer or designated representative signed them electronically in ADMITS.

90 Days of inactivity on BUPERS Online (BOL) requires a new SAAR Form
** See BOL Account Request**

Resilient Workforce Summits provide the latest information on policy updates, current and new initiatives. Specific sessions are held for Command Triads, Junior Officers, Senior and Junior Enlisted Personnel, and Command Program Managers (i. e. DAPAs/UPCs/SAVI).
All account requests received will be processed in the order they were received. A confirmation email will be sent once the request has been processed.
Please allow up to 2-3 working days for all requests to be processed.
Additionally, all DARS, Screening and Treatment, should be entered into ADMITS.
