OPS Alert 001-26 Effective March 1, 2026, only the November 2025 revision of the DD Form 1351-2 (Travel Voucher or Subvoucher) will be accepted for processing.

OPS Alert 002-26 The Continental United States (CONUS) Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) index is updated each January by the Defense Travel Management Office (DTMO). This year the index changes encompass several new areas to include San Diego, Seattle, and other locations. Commands should review their eligibility and request a start of this allowance for all members in the areas entitled.

OPS Alert 003-26 By direction of Chief of Naval Operations (OPNAV) Enlisted Plans and Policy Branch (OPNAV N132), this OPS Alert establishes procedures for effecting the advancement of E5 Sailors who have been approved for conversion to the Navy Counselor (Counselor) (NC(C)) community and have participated in a recent E6 Navy-wide Advancement Examination (NWAE) Rating Knowledge Examination (RKE) in their current rating.

OPS Alert 004-26 The “Educational Services Officer (ESO)” request type in eCRM has been replaced with two new request types: “Advancements” and “Avails.” This change is effective immediately and aligns with the latest Advancement Manual (BUPERSINST 1430.16H).

OPS Alert 005-26 NPPSC 1800/1 (Fleet Reserve/Retirement Checklist) and NPPSC 1900/2 (Separations Checklist) have been updated to make the Separation and Retirement processes smoother and more efficient. NEW NPPSC 5800/2 Appellate Leave Checklist.

OPS Alert 006-26 This OPS Alert announces the establishment of the Navy Enlisted Classification (NEC) 791G - Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System (NSIPS) Command Pay and Personnel Administrator (CPPA) Supervisor – Phase II.

OPS Alert 007-26 The NPPSC 1300/7 (Application for Transfer and Advances-EVACS) form has been created to make the evacuation process smoother and more efficient for families.

OPS Alert 008-26  To ensure your Sailors receive timely and effective pay and personnel support, it is critical that your command's contact information is kept current. The deadline for the mandatory semi-annual update of your command’s Point of Contact (POC) information in the NSIPS Unit Administration module is 30 June 2026.
OPS Alert 009-26 New and updated NPPSC Forms. New: NPPSC 1571/2 - NPPSC Reserve Active Duty Training DD 214 Checklist, NPPSC 3060/1 - NPPSC Activations (ADOS, CANREC, Mobilization, or RECALL) Checklist. Updated: NPPSC 1160/1 - Command Career Request, NPPSC 1571/1 - NPPSC Annual Training / Active Duty Training (AT/ADT) Checklist, NPPSC 1900/4 - NPPSC Reserve Separation Checklist, NPPSC 1900/5 - NPPSC Reserve on Active Duty Deactivation Questionnaire, NPPSC 1900/6 - NPPSC Reserve on Active Duty Deactivation Checklist.
OPS Alert 010-26  New Accession Training (NAT) students within the training pipeline will now have automatic extensions generated and released by NSIPS. This automation reduces manual processing requirements, improves timely extension execution, and supersedes OPS Alert 015-25.
OPS Alert 011-26  This message cancels Ops Alert 023-25 dated 31 July 2025, reflecting an update in program structure and eligibility requirements. FPN Case Routing Guidance (CRG) dated 30 July 2025 is also cancelled, effective 1 August 2026.
OPS Alert 012-26  This OPS Alert supersedes OPS Alert 012-25. Recruit Training Command (RTC) student separations will now be processed by TSC Norfolk instead of TSC Great Lakes. Military Pay (MILPAY) routing for collegiate students remains unchanged.
OPS Alert 013-26 RCOE has activated over 1,500 Reservists on Active Duty for Operational Support (ADOS) whose orders will end on 30 September 2026. To facilitate timely deactivation processing, eCRM deactivation cases must be submitted to RCOE on or before 1 August 2026.
