Article 3501.62
Skirt, Blue, Unbelted (Females)
 
a.  Description
A plain, blue, six-gored skirt made of authorized fabric, with a waistband pocket in the upper right front (figure 3501.62-1).  The welt pocket style may be worn as long as serviceable.  Skirt matches the coat in color and fabric.
 
b.  Correct Wear.
Wear side zipper on the left.  For shipboard restrictions, refer to article 1101.5. Length may range from 1-1/2 inches above to 1-1/2 inches below the crease behind the knee. The wear of hosiery is optional (article 3501.29). Hosiery when worn will be flesh tone.  When not wearing hosiery, no-show socks or foot liners will be worn for hygiene purposes and to minimize foot abrasions and blisters.

c.  Ownership Markings (Optional for Officers/CPOs)
Center surname, first initial and middle initial (if applicable) inside right front pocket.
