Changes IAW DODI 1336.01
Members will digitally sign the DD-214, DD-215 (Correction), and future DD-214-1 (Reservists) using NSIPS instead of BOL Document Services. To learn how:

A command within MNCC responsible for TSCs, RSCs, TPC, and NAVPTO

Tier 2 HR centers of excellence for personnel and pay transactional work
Travel Processing Center:
Tier 2 HR center of excellence for PCS travel advances and claims

Regional Support Centers:
Fleet-facing Triad support and CPPA training to operational units in targeted geographic areas
