AskMNCC Customer Service Email Upgrade
The address is now AskMNCC@us.navy.mil 
 
  • Effective March 1, 2026, the legacy customer service inbox, AskMNCC@navy.mil, will no longer be monitored.
  • Customers who email the old inbox will receive an automatic reply directing them to the new inbox. Customers MUST re-submit their inquiry to the new inbox for MNCC to receive it.
  • Also effective March 1, the legacy CSCSELBOARD@navy.mil inbox for Selection Board submissions will upgrade to HRSCSELBOARD@us.navy.mil. Customers will also receive an autoreply if they email the old inbox after March 1, and must re-submit their correspondence to the new inbox. They should still use ESSBD as the primary board correspondence method, and can call MNCC to ensure their ESSBD correspondence has been received.

Updates to DD-214
Changes IAW DODI 1336.01 
  • Members will digitally sign the DD-214, DD-215 (Correction), and future DD-214-1 (Reservists) using NSIPS instead of BOL Document Services. To learn how:
    1. Log into NSIPS
    2. Select TRAINING at the top of the page
    3. Click on INTERACTIVE TRAINING
    4. Scroll to RETIREMENTS AND SEPARATIONS TRAINING
    5. Click on NSIPS DD-214 INTERACTIVE USER GUIDE
    6. Click START
  • Members will no longer receive numbered copies of their DD-214! You will now receive four specific copies: Member, Service, Veterans Administration, and Department of Labor.

  • Human Resources Service Center:  Tier 1 24/7 customer service contact center (833) 330-6622 or askmncc@us.navy.mil
  • Transaction Service Centers:  Tier 2 HR centers of excellence for personnel and pay transactional work
  • Travel Processing Center:  Tier 2 HR center of excellence for PCS travel advances and claims
  • Navy Passenger Transportation Office:  Global Tier 2 network for passenger transportation and special issuance passports
  • Regional Support Centers:  Fleet-facing Triad support and CPPA training to operational units in targeted geographic areas
