Shoes, Formal, Black, Flat (Female)

a. Description.
Plain black formal dress flat shoes with closed heels and toes, made of suede, silk, or peau de soie (figure 3501.56-1) and meeting the same heel requirements as the black dress flats (article 3501.54).

b. Correct Wear.
Keep clean and in good repair. The wear of hosiery is optional (article 3501.29). Hosiery when worn will be flesh tone. When not wearing hosiery, no-show socks or foot liners will be worn for hygiene purposes and to minimize foot abrasions and blisters.
