The designated Military Correctional Facility (MCF) for all military services in the Northwest Region is:

NCBM Det NCLO Bremerton assumed a new mission as NPC Corrections Det Bremerton on 1 September 2022.
 
Mission
The mission of NPC Corrections Det Bremerton is to provide prisoner transport between facilities and transient detention (8 hours or less) in support of Navy Region Northwest commands.
 
Function
NPC Corrections Det functions as the liaison between customer commands and Department of Defense correctional facilities. Services provided include transportation of prisoners to and from the NWJRSF at JBLM for court appearances, medical, dental and legal appointments; delivery of Navy/Coast Guard prisoners at a designated point to meet with air transport escorts; providing temporary holding capability for prisoners during court hearings; facilitating lawyer visits as well as command visits via teleconferencing; and providing prisoner escort training.
