1207 Teams Channel (for 1207 or 1205 officers only)
The channel serves as the primary communication method with the 1207 community. Ensure you visit frequently for the latest community information.

Additionally, the channel hosts important self-help information under the Files section:

• 1207 Billet List
• Community Manager information (to include Values slide)
• Detailing Process Guidance
• NRC Slate information (to include Values slide)
• Promotion Boards (Zone NAVADMIN, Naval Register video, Board brief)
• Record Management gouge (PHR submission, AQD, SSP, etc)
• TAR HR Policy Memo (includes Milestone List and CCA Business rules)

Redesignation to 1207

• Visit the BUPERS-351 website for the redesignation process.

• Before contacting the Detailer, please strive to find a 1207 officer to discuss your interest in the community. If you are unsuccessful locating a 1207 officer, you can contact the Detailer who will help you locate one.

If Selected for 1207 HR Redesignation

• PERS-92 will contact you and provide you with an acceptance/denial letter. Include the Detailer on your email response to PERS-92.
• Once accepted, the Detailer will send you a FlankSpeed detailing survey via the Forms app.
• Notify the Detailer once your survey is complete, and the Detailer will schedule a detailing kick-off call.
• The Detailer will connect you with the 1207 Onboarding Team and add you to the 1207 Teams channel.
• It is imperative that you integrate quickly with the applicable HR Region so you can be assigned a 1207 mentor.
• Once assigned a mentor, complete your CCA Baseline.
• Be an awesome 1207 officer!
