Reserve Processing and Affiliation Center (RPAC)


 

Transition assistance services provide separating and retiring servicemembers and their families with the skills, tools and self-confidence necessary to successfully re-enter into the civilian work force and/or seamless transition from the active component (AC) to the Reserve Component (RC) that encourages a lifetime of Navy service.

 

The Reserve Processing and Affiliation Center (RPAC)/PERS-97 supports the rapid and seamless transition of members from the AC to the RC) that encourages a lifetime of Navy service. RPAC is the central access point for favorable resignations, POCRB, 2xFOS and SELRES C-Way approved Sailors for transitioning to the Navy Reserve.
