If you are interested in enhancing your career with a challenging job within the Culinary Specialist rating, then look no further! The Culinary Specialists Executive Services Program provides you with a great opportunity to work in places such as the White House, Camp David, Vice President's Residence, and the Pentagon. We also have billets directly supporting Flag and General Officers to include CJCS, VCJCS, CNO, VCNO, NATO, SOCOM, NORAD, STRATCOM, FLTFORCOM, PACOM, and other Joint and Navy Regional Commanders. Promotion rates are very competitive, and if you believe you have what it takes to showcase your culinary expertise and your management skills, then I encourage you to apply for one of these career enhancing billets.
Program Components
Enlisted Aide (NEC 515A) – Nominated and selected Sailors are required to attend the Enlisted Aide and Advanced Culinary training courses that are provided through Joint Culinary Center of Excellence at Ft. Lee, VA.
Executive Support – These assignments are to support the President, Vice President, and OSD, CJCS, and SECNAV Messes in the Pentagon.
Flag Mess – Consists of Flag Messes Ashore and Afloat to support Regional and Strike Group Commanders.
Executive Transport – Consists of Culinary Specialists that are assigned to Aircrew duty. Sailors selected for these assignments are entitled for HDIP and must complete Air Crew Duty Screening.
This program is open to Surface, Submarine, and FTS Culinary Specialists.
